New Patient Registration
It’s very easy to join the Duru Practice you can just drop in at the surgery and pick up a registration pack or download the form from our website.
Everyone is welcome to register with a General Practice to do not need proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS Number in order to receive care or see a GP.
Our reception staff will than make an appointment for you to have a new registration medical so that we can gather some previous medical history from you.
Any newly registered patients will be allocated a named accountable GP, when their registration is processed, which will be noted in their records.
Dr Duru's practice is a singlehanded-practice, with only 1 GP, and as such Dr Duru is the named accountable GP for all current and new patients registered or registering with the practice.
Our List is currently open to include patients residing outside our catchment area.
Homeless people, refugees and asylum seekers are very welcome to register at the practice.
