The Duru Practice Patient Survey July 2015

A total of 50 questionnaires were handed out to patients in July 2015. 45 out of 50 questionnaires were completed.

Action plan following July 2015 survey results

The practice felt the survey results were excellent and no specific areas were raised that required action. In the near future we would hope to have a patient participation group set up which will benefit both our patients and our practice. The group will hopefully have ideas for future surveys and will connect the practice and its patients and give the opportunity for open constructive discussion and analysis of the services we provide.

Friends and Family Survey Results

GP practices are being asked to offer patients an opportunity to give feedback each time they visit or contact the surgery. The main question you are being asked is whether you would recommend the surgery to your friends and family. This is seen as a way of gauging how satisfied you are overall with the service being received here.

We will take all your feedback very seriously, learning from your comments and developing our services in order to improve the things which you consider to be unsatisfactory whilst building on those aspects of our service which you think are good.

A summary of your comments will regularly be posted on this noticeboard.

Starting from January 2016 we will also be including feedback we have received electronically for the Friends and Family test from patients using MJOG (patient reminder service).
